How to make a Will
You can make your own Will, but this is likely to lead to major difficulties. Often a self made Will is not valid. It is far safer, and usually easier, to see a solicitor, who will find out how you want your assets to be dealt with, and who will ensure that the Will adequately carries out your intentions.
A Will made by a solicitor usually costs from around £60, but this cost is more than outweighed by the legal costs of dying without a valid Will in place.
