Light up a Life
Light up a life is a very special time here at Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice. Every year since 1998 we have had a special tree of lights, each one dedicated to a person lovingly remembered at this festive time.
We would like to invite you to share this special time with us by dedicating a light on our tree. Everyone remembered in this way will be recorded in our Book of Remembrance and a card sent to you acknowledging that lights will be shining for the people in your thoughts.
On Thursday 11th December, 7.15pm we will be hosting the lighting up ceremony at the Hospice. The atmosphere is truly moving. Jean (a Hospice supporter) comes each year. “Somehow I don’t feel quite so lonely when I come home after the ceremony …. I feel I have had a magical evening with hosts of friends”
