Ladies Christmas lunch raises £2,300
A big thanks to everyone who supported our ladies lunch at the City Cafe on 11th December at what was a thoroughly enjoyable day.
The City Cafe was a new venue for us and we were delighted with the wonderful service and excellent food that they provided. We were particularly grateful to Stephen Cresswell, General Manager, for donating the fabulous auction prize of a two night stay at a City Inn Hotel, which raised an additional £200 for the Hospice - a welcome bonus.
Thanks also to Mimu handbags, Clarins from House of Fraser, Miglio jewellery and Joolz handbags and accessories who supported the event and gave everyone a chance to do a spot of Christmas shopping.
The lunch raised just over £2,300 which goes a long way in ensuring that Birmingham St Mary's Hospice is able to continue to provide the specialist care for all of our patients and their families.
