They say laughter is the best medicine, or at least we're hoping it will be in February.
We're staging a laughter-packed comedy festival at the Mac on Wednesday, February 15, featuring a host of renowned acts.
These include Andrew Doyle, James Mullinger, Dave Gibson and David Morgan.
With proceeds funding vital care for local people with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, Aids, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis, the £15 tickets are worth every penny. They can be booked here.
Doors open at 7.45pm with the laughs scheduled to begin at 8.30pm.
Audience members are advised that some of the acts include adult material.
