Spiritual Care and Diversity

About the course:

This session will explore the concept of Spiritual Care and Cultural Diversity and their practical application to varied health care settings.

The day includes:

How we address the Spiritual Needs of patients

How ths relates to their Religious Needs

Anxieties and distress associated with a diagnosis of terminal illness, death and bereavement

Certificate of attendance and a buffet lunch is included

Target Audience:

Health & Social Care Porfessionals and Chaplains either working in a Generalist/Palliative Care setting.

Course Fees

Places are free for NHS Staff working for NHS Organisations within the NHS West Midlands Strategic Health Authority.

For Non NHS Staff the course fee is £50 per delegate.
