About the session:
Non Malignant Disease patients palliative care needs will be the focus of this study day. The content of the day will include:
COPD
Transitional Care
Diabetes
Parkinsons Disease
Renal Failure
Certificate of attendance and lunch included.
Target Audience:
Health & Social Care Professionals either working in a Generalist or Palliative Care setting or related areas.

The best person to answer this and give you detailed information is your Professional Development Department or Line Manager, as funding may be available via contracts within the training venue.
Alternatively self funding charges are £75 per person
