The Use of Syringe Drivers

About the course:


This study session will give the particpants the opportunity to practically explore how syringe drivers are used in a health care setting and will include:

  1. Why we use syringe drivers
  2. The differences between syringe driver pumps
  3. Common medications used in syringe drivers
  4. A practical session for participants to handle syringe driver pumps


Certificate of attendance and buffet lunch included.

Target Audience:


Health & Social Care Professionals either working in a Generalist or Palliative Care setting or related areas.

Do I have to pay for this event?

The best person to answer this and give you detailed information is your Training or Line Manager, as funding may be available via contracts within the training venue and Consortium organisations.

Alternatively self funding charges are £90 per person.
