About the course:
This day aims to consider Communication Issues related to both a general Health Care setting and Palliative Care patients and their carers
The day will include:
- Review of general communication skills
- Dealing with difficult communication issues
- Practical Communication Skills
- Case study reviews
Certificate of attendance and lunch included.
Target Audience:
Health & Social Care Professionals either working in a Generalist
or Palliative Care setting or related areas

The best person to answer this and give you detailed information is your Training or Line Manager, as funding may be available via contracts within the training venue and Consortium organisations.
Alternatively self funding charges are £90 per person.
