About the session:
This day aims to consider communication issues related to both a general health care setting and palliative care patients and their carers.
The day will include:
- Review of general communication skills
- Dealing with difficuly communication issues
- Practical communication issues
- Case study reviews
Certificate of attendance and lunch included.
Target Audience:
Health & Social Professionals either working in a Generalist or Palliative Care setting or related areas
Do I have to pay for this event?
The best person to answer this and give you detailed information is your Professional Development Department or Line Manager, as funding may be available via contracts with the training venue.
Alternatively self funding charges are £75 per person.
