About the course:
This day aims to consider communication issues related to both a general health care setting and palliative care patients and their carers.
The day will include:
Review of general communication skills
Dealing with difficult communication issues
Practical communication skills
Case study reviews
Certificate of attendance and lunch included.
Target Audience:
Health and Social Care Professionals either working in a Generalist/Palliative Care setting or related area.
Course Fees:
Places on this course are free for NHS Staff working for NHS Organisations in the NHS West Midlands Strategic Health Authority
The course fee will be £85 per delegate for non-NHS Organisations
