About the course:
Come and join us for our evening meeting. Buffet refreshments will be served from 17.30-18.00 following this two speakers will give presentations on topical issues within End of Life Care.
This session gives a "bite size" opportunity to keep up to date with End of Life Care initiatives and meet up with clinical colleagues.

Certificate of attendance and buffet included.
Target Audience:
Health & Social Care Professionals either working in a Generalist or Palliative Care setting or related areas.

The best person to answer this and give you detailed information is your Training or Line Manager, as funding may be available via contracts within the training venue and Consortium organisations.
Alternatively self funding charges are £20 per person for this event.
