About the course
The evening will commence with buffet refreshments followed by two speakers giving presentations on topical issues within the field of palliative care. The session gives delegates an opportunity to keep up to date with palliative care initiatives and meet up with clinical colleagues.
Sessions include:
"Trying to be positive" - a case study of a patient dying of bowel obstruction.
Presented by Liz Vickerage, District Nurse, Katie Road and
Sharon Hudson, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Birmingham St Mary's Hospice

Course Fees
Places are free for NHS Staff working for NHS Organisations within the NHS West Midlands Strategic Health Authority.
For Non NHS Staff the course fee is £10 per delegate.
