Our delegate rates are highly competitive, and we offer a high standard of service and excellent value for money, whether you are booking a small meeting or a full day conference for 100 delegates.

Syndicate rooms and room-only rates are also available - please contact us for more details.

All prices are effective 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009.

Day Delegate Rate

Includes:

• Hire of primary conference room    (9:00am - 5:00pm)
• Overhead projector, screen, flipchart and TV & video
• Coffee and Danish Pastries on arrival
• Mid-morning refreshments
• Two-course delegate lunch with refreshments
• Afternoon tea and cookies

Half Day Delegate Rate with Lunch

Includes:

• Hire of primary conference room (9:00am - 12:30pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm)
• Overhead projector, screen, flipchart and TV & video
• Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival
• Morning or afternoon refreshments with Danish Pastries
• Two-course delegate lunch with refreshments

£20.50 +VAT per delegate

Half Day Delegate Rate without Lunch

Includes:

• Hire of primary conference room (9:00am - 12:30pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm)
• Overhead projector, screen, flipchart and TV & video
