We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team offering specialist palliative care to patients with progressive end stage illnesses, in their own homes. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as is teaching experience.
The successful candidate will have a recognised post registration qualification in palliative care and a palliative care or other relevant degree (or be working toward this). Two years relevant experience at Band 6 and clinical skills underpinned by advanced knowledge of palliative care is a must.
The role includes on call responsibilities (telephone advisory service) and weekend work on a rota basis of 1:13.
